Non-diet Nutrition
Our prevailing (diet) culture leads us to believe that we need to be micromanaged in order to live a healthy life. This is simply not the case. We'll help you reject diet culture and rebuild your innate skills as a confident eater, relearn your internal hunger cues and stop feeling guilty about your choices.

I'm a passionate & accredited dietitian helping people boost their health & wellbeing through the power of nutrition, mindset & movement. Combining non-diet nutrition, behavioural science and conscious eating practices I provide you with the tools & support you need to enjoy full & nutritious lives.

I look at nutrition holistically, rejecting diet culture and acknowledging that how and what we eat affects the planet we live on. Through this lens I provide expert, science-backed nutritional advice, teach new skills, share knowlegde and help identify habits and behaviours that hold the most potential for your personal health goals.
