A note on weight & fertility
You may have been told by your health professional that you need to lose weight in order to increase chances of conceiving.
While we know that overweight and obesity can have negative effects on fertility, restrictive diets and intensive exercise can also damper chances of conception.
Rather than focusing on body weight in isolation, we work with clients to consider all nutritional aspects that influence fertility: blood sugar regulation, thyroid function, insulin balance, nutritional intake as well as stress and anxiety management.
