A little about me
Brazil-born and Tasmania-based, I’m a tropical soul with a passion for exploration. Thriving off fresh perspectives, varied routine and adventure, I love questioning what is arbitrary and helping people make choices that align with what they truly want.
My interest in nutrition and dietetics has been ever-evolving and iterative, and fused with a keen love of sports and stretching my body and mind to their limits.
What began as a youthful search for the mythic 'perfect diet’ found within glossy magazine pages, quickly morphed into a life-long learning affair with what we eat and how it can transform our lives in powerful ways. Not only did I find it to be the foundation on which a healthy body could thrive, but I realised how deeply it was connected with our psychology, motivation and mindset.
To me, understanding nutrition has unlocked a sense of autonomy, possibility and excitement, as I fuel myself with everything I need to live fully and freely.
Today, I feel incredibly grateful to work with clients from all walks of life, supporting them to shift their perspective and grow their potential through holistic health and wellbeing.
I have always been a passionate learner and have amassed multiple formal qualifications in the field, as well as private practice experience spanning from 2010 to present. I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Sports Dietitian, with a Bachelor of Biological Sciences, a Masters of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Nutrition through the International Olympic Committee.
Inspired by how my current work powerfully intertwines with mental health, I’m currently studying a Bachelor in Psychology. I fuse my varied professional expertise and experiences in a holistic approach that blends nutritional science, dietetics, mindset and coaching.
