PERSONALISED NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS

WITH A NON-DIET, PRO PLANET APPROACH

 

Sessions are offered online via telehealth and in person at the clinic in Manuka, ACT. 

Together we will build a customised nutrition consultation plan to help you achieve your goals. 

No referral is needed to see a dietitian.

Juliana is registered with all major private health funds and government rebates.

Your rebate depends on your level of cover and type of referral.

WHAT TO EXPECT

WHEN WORKING WITH ME

In our first full-length appointment, we will take a deep dive into your current situation, and help you understand what needs to change and why. Together we will set up your action plan, and help you implement it with personalised strategies. 

From there, we will come together for each session to review your progress, teach new knowledge and skills, progress your action plan and visit new areas of interest to you on nutrition & lifestyle topics of your choice. 

Consultations available online and in person. 

Monday - Friday: 7:30am - 6pm AEDT

*Out-of-hours sessions may be available on request

  • Personalised advice from an accredited practising dietitian, tailored to your health goals

HERE IS THE DEAL

I believe that this approach of rejecting diet culture and eating intentionally, has the potential to change your life. And that's something I think everyone deserves a chance at experiencing. Although I know this is a process, you can take this journey at your own pace and schedule appointments accordingly. 

I am not the right dietitian for you though, if you're after a quick fix, a solution in a pill, or a weight-loss program that only takes you further away from a healthy mind-body relationship. I ask you that you bring an open mind and are willing to put the work in to make real change; I'll give you the strategy, knowledge and support to make it happen. 

  • What if I can't attend a session?
    Not a problem! You can watch the recorded session instead via your member portal. You will not miss out on any content and you still have the opportunity to send in your questions via e-mail to be answered in the Q&A session.
  • How long should I dedicate to the program?
    The live and face to face sessions go for one hour. In addition, you also have the opportunity to watch bonus content and do the exercises in the workbook. The amount of time you dedicate to the program depends on you. There is no need to rush though and it's normal to revisit some topics later on, to reinforce and refresh a few points. That is why you have six months access to the course content!
  • Can I claim through private health insurance?
    Yes, we are registered with all major private health insurances. Speak to your insurance company directly to see what you can claim.
  • What type of software do I need to watch the program online?
    You only need a browser and internet connection. All recorded content, bonus material, recorded Q&As and workbooks are loaded into your member portal. You will receive an e-mail with a reminder and link to the live online session for each week the course is running.
